If you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 14 days of purchase.

Web Return Policy (Web Returns)
- Product must be in the original unopened, undamaged, packaging and be in resalable condition. This basically means it should be returned the same way you received it.
- Product must be returned prepaid.
- Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip.
- Refunds will be credited back only with receipt via the same payment form and only on the original card used for the purchase. For online orders this is usually credit card.
- May be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
- Fill in the reason for the return and include in the box.
- Be sure to include your name, address and phone number along with the original receipt.
- Prepare the goods, undamaged and in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.
- Return (shipping prepaid) to address provided.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if all the before mentioned criteria’s are not met. For ensured receipt of the return, a guaranteed delivery shipper or insured parcel post should be used. The shipper will be responsible if merchandise is lost or damaged during transport. In the rare case of a manufacturers defect, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase by email at email@example.com explaining the problem for the item in question. Since every manufacturer has a different policy regarding these situations we will do our best to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
